This 2-day Creatrix® coaching program provides specific tools, frameworks, and training to develop individual and team’s innovation capability to drive successful, sustainable innovation at any forward looking organization in turbulent digital economy.
Objectives
To provide a one-to-one face to face coaching to develop an “Innovation Strategist & Transformer” who will inspire, supports, and coaches’ individuals and teams to nurture and embed innovation in their organizations. The Creatrix® tool is pivotal to assist in the transformation of any organization into an innovative organization.

Delivery Method
- Pre workshop Test: Provide insights on the participant’s capacity to innovate using the field proven online Creatrix® Tool from the USA…to be undertaken preferably 1 week before the workshop.
- IGM will conduct a group-wide intensive face to face one to one coaching workshop to enable the participant to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of the intrinsic value of fostering innovation par excellence from an individual, team, leadership, and organization perspective.
