Overview
The Business Renewal Programme is designed to help entrepreneurs, corporate directors, CEOs, COOs and senior managers aged 30 or older to rethink and continuously reinvent how they do business in an ever more rapidly changing world and to successfully reposition their business model to be able to successfully compete in a world three years ahead, rather than three years behind.
The three-day programme held at IGM Corporate Venue or in four or five star hotels is based upon the 12 strategies for business renewal and increased profitability outlined in the book “Rethink, Reinvent and Reposition: 12 Strategies to renew Your Business and Boost Your Bottom Line” by Management Consultants Leo Hopf and Bill Weller.
Participants will learn how to identify free opportunities and their potential value, identify their existing lines of business or business units which are not worth holding on to and should be eventually sold off or shut down, to prepare their company and people for the changes needed, to apply the 12 Strategies for change, plan the transformation roadmap and obtain what is required and finally switch to the new business model.
Companies which have made and profited from such forward-looking transformation include Nintendo, founded in 1889, which successfully transformed its business several times, including running a taxi service, a hotel chain, a TV network, a food producer, then a TV-game console maker.
IGM has been licensed to deliver the Rethink, Reinvent and Reposition corporate training programme in ASEAN since September 2016.
